After working many years in his father’s Hardware Store/Roofing Company, Bernard L. Dalsin ventured out on his own in 1944, to establish his own Roofing and Sheet Metal company. After a few years in business for himself, his company began to thrive and flourish in the south Minneapolis area and surrounding communities.

As the Twin Cities began to grow in the 50’s and 60’s, Bernard L. Dalsin Company became one of the areas larger, in-demand roofing contractors. In 1965 we relocated to our current Bloomington location, gaining the space we needed to combine all locations.

From the beginning, Bernard Dalsin concentrated his efforts on commercial Roofing & Sheet Metal. Sixty-five years later that remains the area of our focus. Three (3) generations of the Dalsin family have owned and operated B. L. DALSIN ROOFING COMPANY from its inception. It is our goal to ensure that the company remains committed to what Bernie started back in 1944, by supplying only the best time-proven products and materials and installing those items with skillful, masterful workmanship, always giving our customers the very best service.
