In 2015, Hunt Electric Corporation renovated and moved into our new facility in Bloomington, MN. At the time, we knew we needed to replace our roof but chose to delay the project. Along the way, we experienced several small leaks and called BL Dalsin to step in and “plug the holes.” Their service department was very responsive and timely with our requests. They routinely handled our requests with professionalism and quality (which, as a specialty contractor ourselves, we can certainly appreciate).
Eventually we concluded we had waited long enough, and it was time to get a new roof. In came Don House. Don met with us and offered several options for roofing choices, from materials to installation methods. He was also more than willing to provide pricing for all options. After considering a few other contractors we turned back to BL – even though they were not the cheapest option. Why? We had developed a level of trust with Don and his service team, so we thought we would give their construction team a try.
During the roof replacement, we came across some adversities. Again, the BL crew handled them with professionalism, quality and timeliness. After construction was completed, inspected and closeout documentation presented, the crew came back for a final walk through and punch list check that showed virtually no deficiencies remained unattended.
Based on my experience from the renovation of our building in 2015 through the installation of our new roof in 2018, I would strongly recommend Don and BL Dalsin to any commercial property owner. Thank you, BL Dalsin Roofing Company.
