I have had a long-standing relationship with the B.L. Dalsin company for over 20 years, it started as my commercial roof started to develop some of the characteristic signs of age. They performed repairs that took care of our issues and were always very prompt and reliable when service was requested.
As the years went by it was apparent that our facility would require a more complete fix and I contacted them about our reroofing needs. They were very accommodating to my requests and were happy to work with me on a phased approach. We completed our Phase 1 warehouse reroof in 2016 / Phase 2 manufacturing reroof in 2018 and completed the final phase of our office areas in fall of 2020.
