Excellent Communication, Excellent Replacement

I wanted to reiterate what an excellent job BL Dalsin did with the roof replacement project here at Lawson Commons that was completed in 2015. As you know, the project was very challenging with the need to complete it over two separate roofing seasons at the request of the institutional owner, as well as downtown conditions, which limited alternatives to moving old roofing material and the new roofing system. You went out of your way to minimize the impact to the existing tenants in the building, which was more than 90% occupied. We thought the communication process both the building operating staff and our consultant, lnspec, was excellent. Also any follow up concerns after the work was completed were minimal and were promptly resolved.
